  Busboy/host/cashier was very professional and helpful. Waitress was fast and efficient.
  
  We were told that an employee quit unexpectedly, and, at the time, it was very busy. The team really stepped up, and got everything done professionally and efficiently! We were real thankful. They offered many of the people there discounts (including us) because service was going to take a while due to the employee quitting. We didn't get the discount when we paid, but the service ended up being really fast actually, which was impressive. We could have asked for the discount again, but we didn't want to make it more stressful for the staff. We enjoyed our dinner. Thanks!

  I came on 11/12/16, with my Mom and twins. 1st time here. The food was excellent, and the server we had was GOOD. She also received a good tip. Now, the flip side, I am out again, leaving from the Circus at the Palace. Thought we would stop by again (11/13/16) since it was good on 11/12/16, today they get a 1, poor service, the waitress doesn't seem to want to work, been waiting for 30minutes, for someone to just take our order. No one will be receiving a TIP today. This is ridiculous. We will find another to eat at. It was GOOD while it lasted.

  Horrible customer service. We have never gotten our shakes before finishing our meals. We always wait at least 20min after finishing our meals to get our check. Slow service. My order never comes out right the first time. Food is pretty good but I suggest take out. If you have 45min to spend waiting.
